Program Changes for 2011-2012
Visual Art entries, for Jeffco only, will now have to be no larger than 12” x 18” to include the mat. This is due to space that is limited to Jeffco only.
Video, Music, Dance and Film will only be able to be submitted on CD or DVD, no cassettes or videotapes. We do not have the resources to continue accepting all formats, for Jeffco only.
All local Chairs must submit a Consent Form with all Dance, Film, and Photo entries and signed by a parent or guardian. Include this in your packets sent home with students. This is required by national as well as the state portion of the Reflections program.
The Open House display will only be one week this year to include these dates: December 11th - December 17th Make sure your art is picked up on the 18th.
We are making every attempt this year, 2011-2012, to display on Open House day only Music, Film/Video and Dance but we will also display a sign with student name and school in place of their entry.
It is CRITICAL that your scheduled volunteers are present FOR THE ENTIRETY of their shift, this could be from 3 to 6 hours, no less. It is your responsibility to see that your school’s volunteer commitment is met. See your volunteer form for more details.
